Three styles. One shop. All Sawdust.

We’ve got three different styles of Sawdust Studios hats paired with coordinating t-shirts, all made from a cotton-poly blend that’s soft to the touch and lightweight to wear. Available in sizes Small through 2XL, they’re built for comfort whether you’re in the shop or out and about.

We’re just now realizing how much people LOVE Mahjong… and we’re here for it.
This is a custom travel-size Mahjong rack set we made out of walnut, and honestly—it turned out pretty awesome. We didn’t expect to get pulled into the Mahjong world like this, but it’s been a lot of fun getting to meet the community and see how passionate everyone is about the game.
We’ve actually taught a few Mahjong rack-making classes already, and they’ve been a blast.
We just got our first Mahjong set today, so we’re learning how to play too. And now we’re already thinking about making custom wooden tiles to go with racks like these.
If you’re into Mahjong and want to come make your own racks—mini, full size, or even Siamese-style—we’d love to host a custom class for you and your friends. Or if you’d rather have us build a set for you, we can do that too.
This has been a really fun lane to explore, and we’re excited to see where it goes.

We’ve been busy this past week making batch after batch, and this photo gives you a glimpse of just how much we’ve been preparing for the market.
CFM staff will be giving away sample tins at the Farmers Market Oasis from 8-12
Made with just beeswax and walnut oil, this blend is food safe and perfect for conditioning and protecting cutting boards, utensils, and other wooden goods. It adds moisture, enhances the grain, and helps extend the life of the pieces you use every day.

🌞 We’re honored to be the featured vendor this week at the Columbia Farmers Market.
The market will be handing out FREE tins of our Missouri Wood Wax at the Oasis while supplies last, so make sure to grab one when you come through. The market runs 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Our wood wax is made the simple way:
🪵 4 parts locally sourced walnut oil
🐝 1 part locally sourced beeswax
That’s it. No chemicals, no weird additives—just a natural finish that protects cutting boards, spoons, and butcher blocks while bringing out the beauty of the wood. It’s completely food safe, so you can use it on anything that touches food.

Every secret agent needs the right gear.
At our Spy Kids Summer Camp, campers will spend three days learning real woodworking skills while building spy gadgets they can actually use.
Kids will safely use woodworking tools, solve creative challenges, and leave with three awesome projects.

☀️ OUTDOOR MONTH IS LIVE.

Planter boxes. Adirondack chairs. Garden beds. A full outdoor furniture series. Your backyard is about to get a serious upgrade.

Here's an idea: take a half day. Skip the afternoon meeting. Use a few hours of PTO on something that actually fills your cup. Our workshops start at 2:30pm — you'll be home by dinner with something you built with your own hands.

That's a better vacation day than most full vacations.
