We get this question almost every day: 'What's the difference between red light therapy and the sauna?' 💡

Here's the simple version:

INFRARED SAUNA = thermal therapy. It's heat-based. Raises your core temperature, makes you sweat, and triggers detoxification, cardiovascular stimulation, and muscle relaxation.

RED LIGHT THERAPY = photobiomodulation. It's light-based at a cellular level. Specific wavelengths are absorbed by your mitochondria — stimulating ATP production, reducing oxidative stress, and accelerating cellular repair. Very little heat involved.
