Dr. Elkady has been practicing Psychiatry for 15 years.

She provides this convenient Tele-Psychiatry service to her clients from the comfort of their own homes. She offers evening and weekend appointments . Dr. Elkady will work with you one on one to reach an appropriate diagnosis, treatment plan. In addition to taking care of her tele-psychiatry clients , Dr. Elkady is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in University of Missouri at Columbia, Missouri. She Chairs Diversity Committee of the department . She works with diverse patient population and their families. She trains medical students, residents and fellows as well. Dr.Elkady's specialties include but not limited to the following : Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum disorder, Post traumatic stress disorder, Anxiety disorders, Mood disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorders, Psychotic Disorders , Personality Disorders , Eating Disorders , dual diagnosis and anger problems. Dr.Elkady is passionate about family's mental health. She believes that having a family member struggling with their mental health affects the family as a whole. Her goal is to help every family member manage their mental health issues, function normally and thrive in their lives without carrying the load of any mental health problems on their shoulders.
