As an instructor, it's so important to me to allow my students to be themselves in class. No matter what class I'm teaching, the first 10 minutes is for them. I don't know what type of day they've had or what atmosphere they were in before arrival. The first 10 minutes is their time. Whatever pose, whatever breath work, it's their yoga and it's their way. I love seeing the seasoned vets go into different poses to start each week and I love seeing the newbies try new things. I just love being a yoga instructor and I hope you join us at one day soon!!!
