🌀I KNOW THIS PATTERN WELL

“Everyone” around me is doing better than me.
They apparently know how to do it the right way.

Moving faster and being more successful than me.

And I start to push with intensity - trying so hard to figure out “it” out.

First, I sacrifice rest
➡️Then sleep
➡️Then movement
➡️Then the food that actually fuels me.
🫩Sugar to stay awake.

Pushing through on empty.

Comparing instead of resting.

Needing to “be better” and figure it out.

🙈 Going back to the same path over and over again

And the pain — physical and emotional — kept me from moving toward the life I actually wanted.

I get it.

The expectations we hold ourselves to when we see other people doing what we know we are capable of — that is one of the heaviest things to carry.

But here is what we are not seeing.
❌ We are not seeing their season.
❌ We are not seeing their reality.
❌ We are not seeing what it actually cost them.

We are just seeing the highlight and measuring it against our behind the scenes.

This is exactly why I believe coaching matters.

Not to push you harder.
Not to give you another plan.

✅ But to help you find the season you are actually in.
✅ to help you see another path.

🤍The season of peace.
💜The season of purpose.
💟The season of play.

You cannot pour equal intensity into all three at once.

But you can experience elements of each
in whatever season you are living right now.

That is what I do.

I help you live in the season you are realistically in.

Find the reason movement matters for you —
whether it is connection, joy, restoration, tradition, etc.

And move through it with greater clarity, intention, and ease.

👍🏻 range comes back.
👍🏻 You start moving toward your goals.

And then it ends.
And all of life comes back too.

👉🏼Old habits
👉🏼Old fears
👉🏼Old patterns

The routine that felt possible with me, as her PT suddenly felt impossible on her own.

This is not a failure of PT.

This is just the reality of how healing works.

She got better. She met the goals she wanted.

⚠️But better and free are not always the same thing.

Because somewhere along the way her nervous system learned that movement equals danger.

And nobody was with her long enough to coach her how she knew the danger was gone.

She doesn’t call it that.
She calls it
“I’m just weak, I need to keep getting stronger”
“I’m not a gym person.”
“I want to move the couch, but I guess my 33 year old body doesn’t do that anymore.”

❌But that is not weakness and that is NOT true!

That is a nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do — protect her.

PT gets her off the sidelines and thinking about getting back into the game of life.

But who is on the other side? Actually helping her get there?

Who helps her navigate the harder things that she still wants to do? Like move the couch?

👍🏻That is where I come in.
Not as her PT.
As her coach.

You don’t have to be in pain to ask for help.
You don’t have to be broken to want to feel free in your body again.

You just have to be done with standing at the door.

40 minutes to lace up yesterday. 😉

Honestly? Normal. After 7 weeks off with the winter snow

The procrastination never fully goes away.

But when procrastination lasts for months and years — that is data.

It means something does not fit.

And until you figure out what that is, no amount of motivation is going to fix it.

There are seasons for
🤍 Peace
💜 Purpose
💟 Play

When you find yours — you stop fighting yourself and start training FOR something that actually matters to you.

🥾The hike.
🏀The game.
🗺️The adventure.

✨The moment you want to be ready for.

The beliefs that have been quietly growing
