Most people think alignment is about posture.
🦵Hips.
🦴Spine.
🪑How you sit.
🧍♀️How you stand.
👉🏼And yes — that matters.
But after years as a physical therapist, here’s what I see over and over again:
women can stretch more, strengthen more, “sit better” —
and still feel out of alignment.
Because alignment isn’t just structural.
👉🏼 It’s neurological.
When the body doesn’t feel safe slowing down, it stays braced — even at rest.
😬 And a braced body struggles to soften, settle, and restore.
🥱 That’s when pain and fatigue persist.
Not because of failure.
Not always because of trauma.
But because rest was never practiced as a speed the body could trust.
This is why rest feels so hard for strong, capable women.
And why body alignment and life alignment are deeply connected.
👉🏼When the body learns how to rest, clarity follows.
✨Energy follows.
