Honestly? Normal. After 7 weeks off with the winter snow

The procrastination never fully goes away.

But when procrastination lasts for months and years — that is data.

It means something does not fit.

And until you figure out what that is, no amount of motivation is going to fix it.

There are seasons for

When you find yours — you stop fighting yourself and start training FOR something that actually matters to you.

Here’s your loving reminder
Why you need to rest and recover this weekend

It’s not because you are lazy.
It’s because you care about having a body that will be capable of moving, on its own terms, on many adventures until you’re in your 90’s

If you want that -
You will need to lift weights.

To live a life of lifting weights
You need to allow your muscles to recover so they can lift again (and eventually heavier).

There is nothing to feel guilty about supporting your current self so your future self gets to experience the fun adventures on her own terms.

In a body that is capable, mobil and ready to take some fun selfies with the people you love to adventure with.
