There’s a difference between worth and value. Worth is what we carry within us — steady, unshaken. But value… that’s ours to establish and own....unfortunately, it's often heavily influenced by others, and it can leave us questioning self. Some days we fight like hell for ourselves, choosing high value relationships, interactions and treatment. Other days, we crumble under the weight of doubt, wondering if we’re asking for too much, or if we’re even enough. But even when we’re unsure, our worth never changes. To reclaim our sense of value, we must speak kindly to ourselves, keep promises to our own hearts, surround ourselves with people who see us clearly, and walk away from places that require us to shrink. Value isn’t given — it’s remembered.
