Crazy🤯

I found this old video of me working out back in 2013 and added a clip from 2022 when I started my online coaching business.

For those who don’t know in 2013, I was a Drill Sergeant in the United States Army, parenting two kids, managing a relationship and dealing with the death of my mother. I’m sharing this because I understand how difficult life is 😩. I also know that staying consistent with your goals is necessary and the video below is proof!

Over the years I’ve learned things in my fitness and nutrition journey that only experience can teach you. I know there are days, weeks and sometimes months that taking care of yourself can’t be a priority.
