Proudly serving our community, we are a rural-based acute hospital and inpatient rehab center located in the heart of downtown Columbia, LA.

With additional clinics in Columbia, Chatham, and Wisner, we’re here to provide compassionate care close to home. The Caldwell Memorial Hospital provides a 26-bed acute care center and 21-bed rehab unit. Also, we have three clinic locations Winter's Clinic in Columbia, La and Chatham and Wisner Rural Health Clinic. Caldwell Memorial Hospital/Clinics provides the following services:

Women's Health (pap & clinical breast exam)
Child Care / Kid Med
Radiology with in house CT
Ability to schedule MRI, Echo, Modified Barium Swallowing test

Caldwell Memorial Hospital in patient physical rehab sponsors a monthly bingo game for the Wisner Council on Aging meal site. The lunch gives seniors time to socialize along with learning about what the hospital can do to help them remain independant.

Across the breezeway we have the Winter's Clinic.
