You And Improved Esthetics is growing!
We are looking to add another 1-2 dynamic members to our team. The specialist will be utilizing new, unique, slimming, and toning devices to conduct professional body contouring treatments for our clients. They must be willing to train and educate themselves on our body treatments. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
General Responsibilities:
- Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time.
- Know how to give a proper consultation.
- Provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with company protocols.
- Effectively sell! Inform & educate our guests about specific wellness concerns.
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law & the company's policies and procedures.
- Perform prep work, properly clean, and restock studio as required.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail. As well as any promotions available.
- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude .
- Attend meetings and training for the company. (REQUIRED)

FULL TIME/PART TIME (Flexible Schedule)
Tuesday-Friday 10-6
Saturday 10-4
PAY: $15-$25 per hour.
