🌿 Plain whole fat Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein, calcium and probiotics
🌿CocoJune coconut strawberry rhubarb yogurt is dairy free and a good source of probiotics
🌿dollop of whole fat cottage cheese is high in protein and rich in calcium and others vitamins and minerals
🌿handful of organic strawberries and blueberries are high in Vitamin C and antioxidants
