After taking a gentle look at tomorrow’s registrations, I’ve decided to reschedule so we can gather in a fuller circle.

Moss & Moon is meant to be a space where connection unfolds naturally, and I want to honor that by holding it when the timing allows for that kind of gathering.

We’ll gather in April, and I’ll share details soon.

If you were attending, I’ll be reaching out with options for transferring your registration or receiving a refund.

This week’s sequence is a real heart opener, allowing for some gentle back bending and shoulder stetching which helps lengthen and stretch the front side of the body from the shoulders to the hips. There’s so many benefits to opening up our chest:
