Workhorse Fitness helps individuals who are prepared to take ownership of their health and happiness with a proactive approach. We do this by providing professional guidance, support and tactics to help them achieve both short and long term goals, founded on 3 tenets: physical fitness, proper nutrition and personal accountability.
A change is needed in our current society to normalize strength training, reduce & prevent chronic disease, and empower our clients to find a balance of health and happiness in their lives.
We will know when an impact is made when the masses no longer look to gimmicks or fad diets to reach their goals. They will no longer take pills to address symptoms of chronic ailments or health concerns. The result is that people have taken control of their own health and happiness with a sustainable, consistent lifestyle.
