We had a special little visitor this week! 🥰 This sweet mama saw Dr. Monique last year for acupuncture and chiropractic care to help support her fertility journey.

She was already working with her wonderful Reproductive Endocrinologist and would drive over 2 hours (one way!) every week for acupuncture appointments leading up to treatment to help support her chances of a positive outcome.

We were SO happy to meet her miracle baby. He has been loved, hoped for, and prayed for every step of the way🤍🤍

Our second annual Birth Prep Class is a wrap!🤍 Thank you to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us!

Each class is designed to give families practical tools, knowledge, and confidence as they approach birth. Together, our goal is to help parents walk into labor and birth feeling informed, supported, and prepared.

We had our team of a birth doula, perinatal chiropractor, and pelvic floor physical therapist share their expertise. Some of the topics we covered this evening:

Our next Mindful Birth Prep class will be held on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026! Dr. Monique and birth doula Abbey Bartley will be hosting once again, joined by special guest speaker Dr. Kristie Wright of Libertas Physical Therapy!

This class will cover an overview of the birth process, creating a birth plan, movements to support labor progression, and postpartum healing. We would love to see you there!
