Each phase of your cycle holds its own rhythm, its own gentle cue for what you may need.

When you start to notice those shifts, you can begin to work with your body instead of against it:
🌸 Menstrual: rest + reflect
🌷 Follicular: reset + create
🌼 Ovulatory: shine + connect
🍂 Luteal: slow + ground

You’re not meant to be the same version of yourself every week — and that’s a beautiful thing.
Honoring your cycle is one of the kindest ways to slow down and show yourself grace.
