Y’all, this is personal. I am so happy I could cry, and I have, trust me…
Bringing on another IBCLC is something I have hoped and dreamed of for a long time and today is the day where I can finally announce her🎉 I am so excited to be able to give Meredith an avenue to share her incredible talents, love for lactation, and passion for helping growing families through her work with BORNWELL. I know our community of postpartum families will be stronger for it. Please help me welcome the marvelous Meredith! She is available to start seeing families IN HOME and on WEEKENDS starting early May. Her availability is limited but it’s so appreciated!

Hi, my name is Meredith Kennedy! I am a Maternal Newborn Certified Registered Nurse and an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I have served families in the Columbia area as a bedside nurse, childbirth educator, inpatient, and outpatient lactation consultant for over 20 years. I am passionate about supporting growing families and am excited to work with you to meet your personal goals. A mother to two wonderful teenagers, I spend my time away from work cheering on the sidelines as they pursue their unique passions. I also adore travel, podcasts, my eighteen-pound cat, and time outdoors.

CR made over 120 bottles of formula using Baby Brezza and Baby Exo baby formula makers and found that all failed to deliver the right amount of formula powder into bottles.

Look at these two beauties!
We have been working together since Sophia first came earthside and she has had this glorious head of hair since day 1! Can you even stand it!?! These two have worked really hard learning the ins and out of breastfeeding, sleep and play and now they are truly thriving! Rachel, thank you for trusting me with your care and congratulations!!!

Well George, it’s been a journey! While we have worked for months, and seen many providers with many appointments- we still have not cracked your breastfeeding code and you leave us laughing, and crying with your unique preferences.
Y’all, George loves bottles and isn’t really into being a baby. While he is much more comfortable and happy now than when we first met- he still struggles to breastfeed and wants big bottles. He is precious and particular.💙
To those of you who fought for and didn’t get the breastfeeding dream you hoped for- you certainly are not alone.❤️

Carson is coming up on her year anniversary with us and what a game-changer her newborn and postpartum nursing knowledge and compassionate heart have been for growing families over the past year. We are always getting such incredible feedback about the care she gives and how much she loves on these new mamas and babies!
