❄️HOLIDAY CLOSURE❄️

FIT4MOM Howard County will be CLOSED Tuesday, 12/23 through Friday, January 2, 2026 for the Winter Holiday to give our team some much needed and well deserved time off with their families.

We still have 4️⃣ more opportunities to move this week before then! Join us on Friday, 12/19 at 10am for Stroller Strides, Saturday, 12/20 at 7:30am for Body Ignite and 9am for Saturday Strides + Holiday Playgroup at 10am and Monday, 12/22 for the last Stroller Strides class of 2025! 💪🏼

We can’t wait to end the year with our favorite Mamas and babes as we head into another season of fitness, friendship and motherhood, stronger together 💕

🦃REMINDER!

FIT4MOM Howard County will be CLOSED Wednesday, 11/26 through Friday, 11/28 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Classes will resume on Saturday, 11/29 with Body Ignite at 7:30am and Saturday Stroller Strides at 9am*

*All classes need a minimum of 3 Mamas registered for class to be held. PLEASE register at least 2 hours prior to class time to receive any and all updates in case class location needs to be changed due to weather or class needs to be cancelled.
