❄️Looking for something to do with your little one(s) on these cold and chilly days?!

Come join us for a FREE Walking Wednesday around the Mall in Columbia THIS WEDNESDAY, February 4th!

We will meet in the Lower Level Center Court at 10am (former space of Lord and Taylor between Carters and Lolli + Pops) for a good walk and talk! Bring kiddos in the stroller, wear them or have them walk along side us 💪🏼

☕️I will have FREE COFFEE AND MUNCHKINS from Dunkin Donuts for all to enjoy! Or bring your own beverage of choice!

This is truly meant to be extremely casual, low pressure, come as you are type of meet up. Moms need other moms, especially during this dreary winter months!

📣A special Sunday shoutout to our simply INCREDIBLE Run Club+ Mamas and their endlessly supportive and compassionate coaches + who literally walk, jog and run alongside our Mamas in ANY WEATHER!!!

Seriously, how strong and fierce is this crew?!

They met for cardio, coffee (because DUH) and conversations this morning to connect over goals for this session and just be together💕

If you’re craving this type of community with a side of movement, we always have room for you Mama. Motherhood is hard, and we are here to remind you that you never have to walk (or run) the journey alone💪🏼
