🦃REMINDER!

FIT4MOM Howard County will be CLOSED Wednesday, 11/26 through Friday, 11/28 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Classes will resume on Saturday, 11/29 with Body Ignite at 7:30am and Saturday Stroller Strides at 9am*

*All classes need a minimum of 3 Mamas registered for class to be held. PLEASE register at least 2 hours prior to class time to receive any and all updates in case class location needs to be changed due to weather or class needs to be cancelled.

🍂NOVEMBER 2025 WEEKLY SCHEDULE🍂

New month, new schedule!

All of our Stroller Strides classes are BACK at Wilde Lake Park🙌🏻

We will continue with Body Boost on Tuesday evenings at , Body Ignite on Saturday mornings at Lake K and Run Club+ at Centennial Park on Sunday mornings.

***As we head into late fall, when weather is too chilly or inclement, morning Stroller Strides and Body Ignite classes will take place at the Columbia Mall in the Lower Level Center Court.

As always, please register for class at least 2 hours prior to class time to receive all updates or any changes to class time or location!
