🥗 Medications have their place. But many men don't realize that what's on their plate is either helping or hurting their performance every single day.

Here are three foods I tell my patients to eat more of:

1. Watermelon. Not just for summer. It contains citrulline, which converts to arginine – the same compound in many "male enhancement" supplements. It relaxes blood vessels and improves flow.

2. Dark chocolate. Real stuff – 70%+ cacao. Rich in flavonoids that boost nitric oxide and circulation. Plus, it triggers feel-good endorphins.
