✨️Dr.Paul is showing you Galaflex mesh, also known as an internal Bra.

✨️It’s used for patients with weak internal tissues who can’t support the weight of an implant. You may need an internal bra if you’ve had significant sagging due to pregnancy or weight loss.

✨️How does it work? The mesh is placed along with your implant, and it sits underneath the implant. The mesh itself dissolves within 18-24 months, but it works by helping to form scar tissue around the mesh, which in turn helps keep the implant in place.

✨️In many cases, an internal bra helps to improve shape, contour, and longevity.
