Vent & Vibe is a weekly small-group session designed for those who need a safe space to speak freely, be heard, and leave feeling grounded.

Life can be heavy. Responsibilities pile up. Emotions get stored. This is your space to release it in a supportive, intentional environment.

Each session includes:
✨ Tea or an herbal spritzer to sip and soften
🗣 Open sharing space to vent about current challenges
🧭 Practical guidance and suggested tools to work through what’s coming up
🤍 Group Reiki to support emotional balance and energetic reset
🧘🏾‍♀️ A grounding meditation to close, so everyone leaves regulated and centered
