In this case, Dr. Mess placed the implants above the muscle and selected 400cc Ergonomix implants to enhance volume while maintaining a natural slope and fullness at the base. This patient is an excellent candidate for the Ergonomix implant placed subfascial since she has thick, tight skin and good soft tissue coverage. Tomorrow’s post will showcase the contrast using Motiva Round Mini implants placed below the muscle.
