Tract 1 – consist of 181 +/- acres of farmland with the improvements of 120,000 +/- bushels of grain storage, grain leg, and super B grin dryer. There is also a modern pole barn 60'x160' with 16' clearance (2) 30' doors (1) 36' door, mostly tillable farmland. We are hosting an In-Person antique auction this Saturday at 9:55 AM at Turner Hall in Columbia IL, 211 E Cherry St, 62236. The lady's auxiliary will be serving lunch.

Here's a small sample of what we are auctioning: Griswold skillets, stoneware, advertising tins, Keen Kutter axe, Columbia and Millstadt related items, a primitive corner hutch (it's very large with square nails), Coke coolers, antique oak phone, slag glass Art Nouveau lamp, about a dozen Morgan Silver dollars, toys, Easter Bunny chocolate molds, lanterns, tools, graniteware, Black Americana, antique wooden buckets, various travelers chests, pie safe, Hull pottery, Macomb Pottery crock, Victorian clothing, sad irons, ammo boxes, rocking chairs, more furniture, powder horn, Erie skillets, red globed lanterns, railroad lantern, butter churn, oversized fruit crusher in old yellow paint, much much more.

We will be unboxing all Friday afternoon. We have half a dozen estates we are selling for, of which three have not been photographed.

Bring a truck, bring a trailer, there will be a nice load of furniture to buy as well.

This week, we recognized two men that have been on our Turner Hall board for many years. Kenny (Spooner) Schmidt was President of our organization for over 35 years. Kenny (Breity) Breitenstein was Chairman of the Board for over 25 years. Without their combined efforts, Turner Hall would not be what it is today. Thank you so much gentlemen for your years of service!
