Palmetto Mental Health Counseling Seeking help can be difficult and finding the right therapist is key. I believe that each client is unique and deserves individualized treatment.

I offer a safe and caring environment in which individuals are treated with dignity and respect. My goal is to collaborate with clients and empower them to develop positive coping skills to alleviate mental health symptoms. I have experience working with adults with a variety of clinical diagnoses including PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. My approach is eclectic; utilizing humanistic, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I believe in meeting each client where they are and helping them to achieve their therapeutic goals. I offer flexible hours and a free phone consultation. Start your path to healing today.
