Community recycle moment 🌿

If you have an essential oil diffuser sitting in a drawer or closet, Fit Columbia would love to put it back to work. We go through them and they make the studio smell so good.

Rather than something eventually ending up in the landfill, send it our way and I’ll happily trade you a class.

Our Fit Columbia flight instructors have been busy outside the hammock ✨

🪽 Jeanean has been painting, and her artwork was recently auctioned at the Contemporaries Ball, inspired by the mysterious Casket Girls of New Orleans.

🪽 Adia has been leading movement events for Black Maternal Health Month, creating space for mothers to heal, strengthen, and connect—because movement is medicine.

We love seeing our instructors bring creativity, wellness, and community into the world. 💙
