The first day of spring has arrived, and that means our seasonal Spring Floral Honey is ready. This year's batch
—Vanilla Bloom-is infused with vanilla bean, lemon peel, and a bouquet of organic botanicals including chamomile, lavender, calendula, rose petals, elderflower, and butterfly pea flower.
We slowly infuse these herbs into raw local South Carolina honey for months, allowing the flavors and plant magic to gently develop before we strain and bottle it— one jar at a time.
Every step happens right here at Garner's. We create the recipe, design the labels, bottle the honey, tie the bows, and prepare it with intention for you.
You'll also find our Honey Rejects — the beautiful herbs and flowers left behind after straining the honey.
Steep them as a tea and enjoy every last bit of the infusion.
This is a limited seasonal batch, available just in time for the Spring Equinox (March 20). Once it's gone, it's gone.
Drizzle it in tea, enjoy it on food, or take a spoonful straight from the jar.
