🍁 Fall is here… and so is our Fall Harvest Honey! 🍯
When that first cool breeze rolls in, we know it’s time — time for warm flavors, cozy mugs, and the comforting sweetness of our Fall Harvest Honey.
Each summer, we infuse raw local honey with a blend of organic fall herbs — orange peel, ginger, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, juniper berries, and star anise — and let it steep for three months to create a rich, grounding, and oh-so-fall flavor. 🌿✨
🤎We pour our hearts (and hands!) into this process — flipping jars daily, hand-labeling, and bottling each batch right here at the Lexington store. It’s a true labor of love, and once it’s gone, it’s gone until next year!
🫖Don’t forget the “Fall Harvest Honey Rejects” — the honey-soaked herbs left behind after straining that make the coziest tea or syrup for cider, lattes, and mocktails. They’re the hidden gem of the season!
