A reminder for these next few weeks of holidays and winter break.

Routines change. Schedules stretch. Excitement, expectations, and sensory overload stack up fast. For kids, that’s a lot for a nervous system to manage. And honestly? Adults feel it too.

If emotions seem louder or patience feels thinner, nothing is “wrong.” It’s a full season for everyone’s nervous system.
