The documentary The M Factor 2: Before the Pause is bringing national attention to the realities of perimenopause and menopause — something millions of women experience but few openly discuss.
After the screening, I’ll be moderating a live panel with physicians Dr. Carol Baltazar and Dr. Dianah Lake to answer questions and open the conversation.

LeTip of Howard County members Judith Carroll of Carroll Senior Living Consulting and Tatiana Lialo of Spirit of Hope Home Health attended the Annual Membership Meeting of The Village in Howard last Friday.
It was wonderful to see familiar faces supporting an organization dedicated to helping older adults remain active, connected, and independent in Howard County.
We’re also proud to share that fellow LeTip member Marian Berman serves on the board of The Village in Howard — thank you for your leadership and service!

Today we celebrated something special. 🎉

Our longtime LeTip of Howard County member, Sullivan “Sully” Brown Sr., turned 86 — and a few of our members treated him to lunch to mark the occasion.

But more importantly, we build real friendships and celebrate life’s milestones together.
