🌿 Condition of the Week: Plantar Fasciitis

Did you know your sacrum plays a key role in how your feet function?

When the sacrum is misaligned, it can create tension patterns throughout the body and all the way down into the legs and feet.

Common signs you may notice:
• Foot or heel pain
• Tight calf muscles
• Reduced mobility

✨ The connection matters.
Proper alignment of the spine and pelvis helps restore balance, reduce tension, and support healing from the ground up. Or should we say, from the feet up! 🙂

If you’ve been dealing with stubborn foot pain, it might be time to look beyond the foot.🦶

Schedule a visit today and let’s get to the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Ever feel like the room is spinning even when you’re standing still? That sensation may be Vertigo.

Vertigo is often linked to the inner ear and your body’s balance system, including the upper neck (C4 area).

Your spine and nervous system work together to help keep your body balanced. Chiropractic care focuses on restoring proper movement in the spine, which may help support your body’s natural balance system.

If dizziness or vertigo is affecting your daily life, we’re here to help.

Chiropractic Care Center P.A.

Doctor Jones-McCaw was raised in a chiropractic family. Her father, Doctor Ken Jones, graduated from Palmer College in Iowa in 1969 and opened his own practice in Michigan. Several years later, he moved his family to South Carolina where he opened Chiropractic Care Center in 1982. Being a father of five children, four of his children became Doctors of Chiropractic in his footsteps.

Doctor Jones-McCaw took over her father's office in 1997 to carry on the family legacy of promoting health and wellness through chiropractic care and she has seen thousands of lives changed for the better through chiropractic care.

Doctor Jones-McCaw uses the Activator Technique which is a small, hand-held instrument to deliver a gentle impulse/force to the spine. She detects and corrects subluxations in order to help the body improve function, stability, immunity, and overall health.
