If you’ve experienced religious trauma, you know how layered it can be.
The loss of belonging, identity, or safety can leave lasting wounds and finding others who understand can be life-changing.

Our Religious Trauma Support Group is a place to unpack those experiences gently, without judgment, and with guidance from trained facilitators who understand faith-based trauma and recovery.
