Our Executive Director, Terry Hodaly, recently had the pleasure of visiting the congregation of NewSpring Church, during their "Partner’s Sunday" event. NewSpring is a tremendous supporter of Birthright, and we were thrilled to be invited to participate. It's always fun meeting new people and reconnecting with old friends. Our fearless leader, our champion for the unborn, our Executive Director, Terry Hodaly, is retiring soon. 😕 We are so excited for her as she prepares for this well-earned next chapter, but it's a bit sad for us here at the office!

With that being said, Birthright is actively seeking a new Executive Director, to begin in February of 2026. The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, have a passion for helping the unborn and their mothers, and have extensive leadership experience, preferably in non-profit management. We are looking for someone who is good at:

👉 Fundraising
👉 Public Speaking
👉 Public Relations
👉 Microsoft Office
👉 Google applications
👉 QuickBooks
👏🏼 Bonus points if you have experience with DonorPerfect

Our dear friends at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church recently hosted a baby shower for Birthright, in an effort to help us fill the gift bags for our fall community baby shower. And boy did they ever! 🤩 What a blessing they are to Birthright, and to all the moms that walk through our doors. Thank you, Mt. Olive, for all the support you have given us over the years. Our shower was a huge success, thanks in part to the generosity of your members! 🙏

This year, after the turkey & dressing, after the Black Friday sales, after cyber Monday has come and gone…we hope you’ll remember Birthright. 🤗 Each year, on “Giving Tuesday,” we ask our community to help us fund our ongoing programs and valuable resources. This year, we are specifically asking for help with our Parenting Video Program. 💻 🤰🏾👨🏻‍🍼👩🏼‍🍼

This popular program helps educate new moms (and dads!) and empowers them to be better parents. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 By completing the program, they also receive a $100 VISA gift card. This program is currently available to our clients and no cost to them. And we want to keep it that way! Can you save the date of December 2 for us? 🙏🏼

We had a sweet visit from our Neglia Scholarship recipient, Ms. Geraldine Dishaw Lopez, and we got to meet her precious baby boy, Benjamin 🥰 Any of our clients who are graduating pregnant/parenting high school seniors and pregnant/parenting college* students are encouraged to apply for this one-time, non-renewable scholarship of $1,000.
