Meredithe's Motivational Moment
"Spring is Here and So is Your Time to Rise"
Grand rising everyone. This is a New Day and one that we have never seen before so let's rejoice and be glad in it!
We have recently witnessed a change in a new season, SPRING. The clocks and the time have been reset, and we have had to adjust and Spring forward. If we look at the word spring in the context of it being a verb, it says "to release, develop, leap, or arise."
Spring doesn’t just mark a new season, it signals a new opportunity to become.
The flowers don’t bloom by holding onto what was, they rise by releasing, renewing, and reaching toward the light. And so can you.
This is your moment to do more than just clean your home,
it’s time to declutter your life from the inside out.
✨ Emotionally: You’ve carried enough. Old wounds, unspoken frustrations, and the weight of what didn’t work, this is your permission to release it. You are not meant to stay stuck in what hurt you. You are meant to rise beyond it.
✨ Spiritually: This season is calling you back to center. Back to God. Back to truth. Back to alignment. Clear out the distractions. Quiet the noise. There is clarity waiting for you in stillness and direction waiting for you.
✨ Holistically: Rising isn’t just spiritual it’s intentional.
It’s choosing rest when you’ve been running on empty.
It’s nourishing your body, protecting your peace, and creating rhythms that sustain you. Your whole life shifts when you start honoring your whole self.
Here’s what rising looks like in this season:
🌿 Releasing what no longer aligns
🌿 Resetting your mind and priorities
🌿 Reclaiming your peace and power
🌿 Realigning with your purpose
🌿 Leaping even if it feels uncomfortable
🌿 Developing a new version of you
Ladies and gentlemen understand this:
You are not behind. You are not too late. You are being renewed for what’s next.
So with that being said, open the windows. Let the light in. Let go of what’s been weighing you down.
Spring is here, and so is your time to rise.
Remember to Bloom where you are planted until God changes things.
Until the next moment,
Coach Meredithe
