Self Worth
Sometimes in life you may feel a sense of not measuring up. To rid yourself of that “less than” feeling and strengthen your feeling of worthiness, locate your safe sanctuary and enter. In the silence and with measured breath, open your heart, spirit, mind and eyes to reflection and messages revealed. Utilizing gratitude, give thanks to the Creator of your beliefs and understanding for the blessings and gifts given to you and for new opportunities today. Before you move forward, know that where you are right now and being who you are, is enough.
You may have the idea that you are here to accomplish something big in your life, and if you haven't accomplished this big action, you may begin to feel as if you are somehow lacking or unworthy. You may begin to feel incomplete, or empty, even confused because your life, and actions, don't line up with your idea of this big accomplishment. Through reflection and introspection learn to be gentle with you by realizing that just being here, and being who you are, is enough.
As you live your life and travel in this world, you share your energy and your spirit with the human beings and creatures big and small around you in numerous ways. Your actions, attitude and compassion touches their lives and, through them, like ripples on the water touches the lives of many more human beings and creatures. By living your life to the fullest and becoming your true and authentic self, you are doing something big. There is no need to cling to the idea that you need to make headlines or single-handedly save the world in order to validate your self-worth. You are already worthy of being here.
