Grief is often explained through the stages: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.
But in reality, these stages aren’t linear. You may move back and forth between them, revisit some, or feel several at once. 🔄
However grief shows up for you, be gentle with yourself and honor your own process. 💌
