Another opportunity this week to try out a new class:

Join Tia for Flow + Beats + Vinyasa, a 60 minute vinyasa yoga class aimed to help align your mind with your body through the power of breath supported movement. This is a fully guided class taught in a ladder format, adding new postures each time we go through the sequence. Expect creative yoga flows, bumping playlists, and tons of good vibes all around. All levels welcome!
