I am on month three of .botanicals.co and I’ve been loving my evening cup of tea. These teas are herbs designed to sync up with your cycle and help you regulate. I have had the honor and privilege of being a part of the Jr. Main Street program as a business and a board member of Columbia Main Street. A few weeks ago I interviewed 2 of the amazing young women who have been a part of this program for our Spa La Land podcast. In this episode we talk about the program and what they accomplished and did. We also talk about their experience at ēlia through the program.
