✨ The 5 Love Languages Series: Receiving Gifts x The Body ✨
💜 Receiving Gifts is not about materialism. It’s about the message behind the gift: “I thought of you. You matter. You are worthy of being poured into.”
When this love language isn’t honored, the body keeps score:
• Tight chest / heart chakra → feeling unseen or overlooked
• Solar plexus heaviness → worthiness struggles, scarcity mindset
• Hands + arms tension → difficulty receiving, clenching instead of opening
• Jaw tension → unspoken resentment when giving is not reciprocated
🌑 The shadow shows up when you dismiss your own desire to receive… or when you accept gifts laced with guilt or strings attached.
🌊 Spirit says: Receiving is sacred. A gift is energy made tangible. To deny your ability to receive is to block the flow of abundance itself.
