TEAM - 1 Academy Inc recently hosted an incredible Trainer Summit in Coppell, TX, bringing together elite trainers from across Canada and the U.S.

The energy in the room was unmatched as our team collaborated on advanced learning strategies, innovative lesson design, and fresh approaches to training. With 191 years of combined teaching experience in one room, the ideas, insights, and breakthroughs were truly next-level.

Since 2021, we have been teaming up with CMSE (Central Missouri Subcontracting Enterprises) to provide meaningful work opportunities for some amazing individuals in our community.

From packaging custom kits in their workshop to our dedicated on-site crew at the warehouse, the dedication and pride these individuals bring to their work is inspiring. Seeing the smiles and the pride they take in every package reminds us why community involvement matters so much.
