We are growing and we’re excited to welcome a full time Patient Experience Coordinator to our team for our new West Columbia Location!

🕰️ HOURS
Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:00 PM
Friday 8:00-12:00 PM

We are seeking someone who is warm, friendly and highly motivated, with a passion for providing an exceptional and compassionate patient experience. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every person who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities include:
✨Patient scheduling for multiple providers and services
✨Billing + administrative support
✨Learning about + educating our patients on supplements and services
✨Supporting daily operations
✨Helping foster an organized, positive and welcoming environment for patients and team members

Our ideal candidate:

✨ Meet Laura Oliver, our newest Patient Experience Coordinator! ✨

Laura brings nearly a decade of medical office experience from diverse healthcare settings to the Roots team-along with a heart fully aligned with integrative medicine. As a longtime patient herself, she’s experienced firsthand the powerful results that this model of care can have. For Laura and her family, the transformation has been life-changing.

She says Roots “is like coming home” and that’s exactly the feeling she hopes to create for every patient who walks through our doors.

With her warmth, professionalism and signature sense of humor, Laura is truly special! Her favorite thing about Roots are her coworkers, the patients and the atmosphere which makes our community so unique.

Outside the clinic you’ll find her playing pickleball, enjoying a competitive game of mahjong, reading a good book, or tackling home improvement projects.
