What To Expect:
🩺This new West Columbia office will serve as our primary location for provider visits including:
-New Patient Appointments
-Follow-ups
-Wellness visits
-Sick Visits
-Health Coaching
-Joint injections

🕰️ Hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM-12:00PM

🤎This location will be fully equipped for all services & supplement purchases. PEMF will have its home at this office as well.

🌿Forest Acres Location Update:
As we transition, provider visits will no longer take place at our Forest Acres office. This office will remain open for:
-Injections
-Sauna
-Ozone Therapy
-Supplements & merchandise

🕰️UPDATED Hours:
Monday & Wednesday: 8:00AM-4:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM-12:00PM
CLOSED Tuesday & Thursday

This setup allows you greater access to services across town while only needing travel to West Columbia for provider visits when necessary.

📞Telehealth visits will continue to be available!

We are incredibly excited about this transition. With this growth, we will be able to

2) offer more efficient, dedicated service spaces
3) expand access to patients across Columbia and the state of SC

Most importantly, we want to reassure you that while we are growing, our core values remain the same. We are committed to providing the high-quality care, connection and warmth you’ve come to expect from us, without compromise.

At our core, we haven’t changed, we’ve simply evolved to better serve you and bring integrative medicine to more people in our community.

Here, one of our amazing practitioners, Lauren Francis, shares an incredible moment in the journey of one of our 19-year-old patients.

Until age 12, he was a typical child, but since then, he’s been largely non-verbal, only ever responding with “mm-hmm” or “yeah.”

After a few months of care with us at Roots, just recently, when his mom asked if he wanted to go home or have school lunch, he spoke two clear words: “school lunch.”

It may seem small, but in the complex world of PANS/PANDAS, and in 7 years of being mainly nonverbal, this is a monumental step. We’re hopeful and rejoicing in this win—because every step toward healing counts. ❤️
