A special thanks to Socket Internet Services for trusting Boone Health’s Community Wellness team with their employee wellness incentives. Our team provided on-site biometric screenings and blood pressure checks. Participating employees will receive a discount on their insurance premiums. During our visit, we were able to refer employees without a medical home to Boone Health for continued care.

We’d also like to thank Focus on Health Chiropractic Care for welcoming us on-site to provide CPR training for their employees.

CLOSING EARLY! (UPDATED as of 3:37 p.m., Monday, Dec. 1)

Due to the inclement weather conditions, some of our clinics and labs will be closing early today. Those include:
CLINICS:
-- Convenient Care (601 Business Loop in Columbia) -- will close at 5 p.m.
-- Nifong Imaging (MRI, X-ray, etc.) is closed
-- Nifong Primary Care is closed
-- Nifong Therapy Clinic is closed.

LABORATORIES (for blood draws, etc.)

- Broadway Medical Plaza Building 1 lab closed at 3 p.m.
- Broadway Medical Plaza Building 2 lab will close at 3:30 p.m.
- Broadway Medical Plaza Building 4 Lab -- closed at noon
- Boone Clinic Lab (401 N. Keene St. in Columbia)-- closed all day.
- Centralia Clinic Lab -- closed at 1 p.m.
- Moberly Lab -- closed at noon
- Nifong Lab -- closed at 3 p.m.
