We offer, infant, prenatal, postnatal, oncology, and integrative massage and bodywork for the entire family.

….to a new booking software!

We are now booking appointments on Jane 💻

We will now have:

-> an actual waitlist feature
-> better clarity on location and provider booking
-> provide superbills
-> secure messaging via Jane
-> the ability to upload pictures taken via session to provide side by side comparison of progress

FAQs:

-> no need to download another app (I hate them too) Jane can be accessed via computer, tablet, or phone web browsers
-> gift cards and package purchases will not be lost as we will still process payments through Square
-> all appointments have been migrated to Jane and you will receive new confirmations and a welcome email to set up your account

We are so excited for this change and excited for the opportunity to offer our clients more!

- all love is welcome aka no you don’t have to have a significant other to get a couples massage
- both appointments must be booked to reserve your time
- massages are 60 or 90 minutes and any added time MUST be booked for both parties
- we can accommodate prenatal or postpartum massages during the couples massage but it will not be the full experience as the stand alone services

As bodyworkers, here are a few things we’d love to see as the norm 👇

✨ having body hair (and not apologizing for it!!) everyone has hair and we don’t care, it isn’t gross or off putting if you didn’t remove it

✨ postpartum ends when you want it to end and not a moment before! If you need extra support and you’re a year out from giving birth, book that postpartum massage we will not judge you

✨ massage is INDICATED for the first trimester! It will not cause miscarriage and it is completely safe and can help alleviate the first trimester symptoms (don’t go somewhere that isn’t up on the research!)

✨ massage and bodywork are health care. Full stop.

One thing that people often misunderstand about our work is that massage and bodywork are so effective!

It may not look like much or feel like it’s important enough but our results speak for themselves

We have helped clients through issues where they’ve reached the end of their rope because no one has been able to give them relief

We have eased pregnancy pains, helped postpartum recovery, and released infants’ and children’s tension

We have seen behaviors improve, bowels move, and lives become easier all from the power of massage and bodywork

It’s more than a luxury, it is health care.

👉 Investing in postpartum bodywork costs less than most monthly mortgages and will have a bigger impact on your wellbeing

👉 Bodywork for infants and children is not a luxury or only for children with “obvious” issues

👉 You deserve to have a village of practitioners who are there to help you through every stage

I actually love being the one to tell you this 🤗

When clients schedule an appointment especially for their infant or child and we only get a small amount of time in for bodywork I start to see them visibly stress

BUT there is no reason to worry! Bodywork, because it involves human touch, is very regulating to the nervous system even if it is in small doses
