Thank you all for the support. I truly feel the love and care you have for me and for the business I’ve poured my heart into. Thank you as well to for taking the time to hear and share my story.

It’s still hard for me to understand how selling your grandmother a CBD muscle rub or your pet a CBD oil could put me at risk of a felony and a $5,000 fine. But that is the reality we are facing.

This is what happens when corrupt corporate cannabis interests work to push small businesses out. And let’s not ignore the alcohol companies lining up to take over the THC beverage market while alcohol sales are tanking because people are waking up to the fact that alcohol makes them fat, dumb, and sick.

While small businesses get crushed, these corporations are positioning themselves to profit.

HB 2641 has passed, and now our only hope is for Governor Mike Kehoe to veto it. If he signs it, I will no longer be able to legally sell my CBD products, and it will seriously hurt my small business. We have stationery at the shop for anyone who can stop by and write a handwritten letter urging Governor Kehoe to veto HB 2641 and support Missouri small businesses. Please show up if you can. I never thought I would see the day when Missouri would move to ban the sale of CBD products …products that are non-intoxicating and have helped improve the lives of so many people.

I’ve personally helped people suffering from severe pain who were desperate to get off narcotics, families using these products for children with autism, people struggling with sleep, and countless others simply looking for relief and a better quality of life. These are real people with real needs, and they are being ignored.

Missouri does not care about your health. Missouri does not care about your wellbeing. They care about money, influence, and the interests of the people lining their pockets.

Today, HB 2641 passed and is now on its way to Governor Mike Kehoe’s desk. So I’m asking you — if you care at all about me, the work I’ve poured my life into, and the people I’ve tried to help — please follow the steps below and help us make our voices heard.

I pray our leaders choose to hear the voices of Missouri residents over the demands of a small group of multimillion-dollar companies that continue to shove this agenda down our throats.

This is bigger than my business. This is about freedom, access, and the right of people to choose products that have genuinely helped them.

HB 2641 is still alive.

It has already passed the House once, and now that it was amended in the Senate, it heads back to the House for the next step. That means it is not over yet, but the effort to make it illegal for me to sell CBD to my customers is still very real.

I made this video as short as I could just to give a brief, general understanding of what’s happening.

I’ve poured years into MindRight. I’ve given everything I have to build something that helps real people, and we’ve been blessed to serve thousands along the way. So to watch that be threatened by bought-and-paid-for politicians and large corporations is heartbreaking.

More than anything, I hate feeling like I’m letting down the people who rely on my products. At the end of the day, I’m only one man doing everything I can.

I love you all, and I truly appreciate every person who has supported MindRight.
