Emotional Weather Report

The day begins with an odd hum in the background, a kind of static electricity that never quite grounds. Uranus, planet of revolution and disruption, slides backward into Ta**us at 6:22 PM, retracing territory it first electrified back in 2018. This is the final act of a long story about stability, resources, and what we truly value when the old systems fail. If the ground feels unsteady, that’s because it is. Uranus retrograde here demands that we rebuild on truth, not comfort. Expect sudden shifts in money, the body, or the physical world around you, but understand that what’s falling apart has already outlived its purpose.

Meanwhile, Venus in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius, a clash between intimacy and autonomy, desire and detachment. This aspect peaks tomorrow at 7:44 PM, but its tension is already palpable. Passions intensify, secrets surface, and relationships transform under invisible pressure. If you’re drawn to someone (or something) that scares you a little, that’s the point. Venus and Pluto invite you to dive beneath the surface, confront your own hunger for power or closeness, and see what survives when you stop pretending.

The night closes with the Moon in Gemini squaring Saturn in Pisces at 11:49 PM. The chatter quiets, leaving echoes of what was said or what wasn’t. This is where the mind meets its own limits. The urge to understand may collide with the need to simply feel. Don’t overanalyze what can only be processed through silence or rest.

How You Can Use the Energy
Ground yourself in the tangible. Revisit old goals and commitments around security, money, and embodiment. Let the retrograde rewire your sense of worth. Use emotional intensity as creative fuel rather than control. Speak with honesty, but listen for what’s beneath the words.

How the Energy Can Use You
If you cling to outdated comfort zones, Uranus will shake them loose. Venus and Pluto can drag you into obsessive loops if you mistake intensity for love. So much going on.....

During solar storms, the Sun releases huge bursts of charged particles that travel across space and reach Earth with powerful energy.

When these waves collide with our planet’s magnetic field, they cause turbulence that moves through the upper atmosphere and the energy grid surrounding Earth. This interaction can disturb satellites, power systems, and communication signals, but it also creates the beautiful auroras seen near the poles.

These solar waves heat the air in the upper atmosphere, shifting jet streams and changing how winds and clouds move. Sometimes this leads to sudden temperature changes or unusual storms.

Every living being feels the impact of these solar surges. People often experience emotional, physical, and energetic changes as the body adjusts to the higher charge in the environment.
Many notice emotional intensity, bursts of energy, or waves of fatigue.

The nervous system reacts to the magnetic pressure, creating sensations that feel unexplainable yet deeply real. Old emotions may surface to be released, and intuition often strengthens.

• Feeling sensitive, emotional, or teary without clear reason
• Nostalgia or memories from the past resurfacing

• Sudden gratitude or overwhelming compassion

Physical
• Fatigue that comes and goes through the day
• Trouble sleeping or vivid, realistic dreams
• Head pressure, ringing in the ears, or light sensitivity
• Temporary forgetfulness or mental fog
• Feeling overheated or chilled for no clear reason
• Muscle tension or stiffness
• Fluctuating appetite and thirst
• Increased sensitivity to electronics or bright lights
• Random bursts of energy followed by the need to rest

Spiritual / Energetic

• Heightened intuition or strong inner knowing
• Prophetic or emotionally charged dreams
• Repeating numbers, signs, or synchronicities
• Feeling connected to nature, animals, or the Universe
• Sudden creative inspiration or spiritual insight
• Strong urge to declutter and simplify life
• Feeling energy waves moving through the body
• Time distortion - hours feeling fast or slow
• Awareness of collective emotions or energy shifts
• Deep sense that transformation is underway

To ease these effects, hydration and rest are essential. Gentle movement, grounding outdoors, and quiet breathing can help balance your system. Avoid overstimulation from screens, caffeine, or loud environments when possible. Journaling and meditation bring comfort and clarity as energy realigns.

Solar storms remind us that everything on Earth moves within the same current of energy. Each wave carries a chance to clear the old, awaken new awareness, and realign with the deeper rhythm of life unfolding all around us.

I talk a lot about Uranus' transits. 2018 started major changes for me....anyone else?

After a four month preview of Gemini, Uranus returns to Ta**us to finish out a major chapter of our lives that began in 2018, 2019. It's a coda to a story that has centered on value and worth and radically reinventing our relationship with a key area of our lives.

Think back to May 2018, March 2019. Those were the months that Uranus entered Ta**us for the first time in our lives. The planet of radical reinvention and transformations has made a great work of Ta**us over the past seven years. For some, much has changed. Certainly our world looks a little different than it did back then.

Uranus is an evolutionary planet. It's a force that we need to help us get unstuck, to reveal new pathways and new consciousness. It's sometimes a light in the dark and a breath of fresh air. But sometimes it turns everything upside down. (Review Uranus in Ta**us: Sign by Sign to see what area in your life may have seen great changes.)

As a Scorpio with Uranus in Scorpio, for example, Uranus has opposed my sign over the last seven years. Nothing looks the same. I left my day job, went through the pandemic in New York City, navigated the death of a parent and the serious illness of another parent, I moved.

For me, I am not the same person I was in 2018. And in many ways I am a better version of myself. Through Uranus, I have evolved in ways I would never trade.

The next five months, until April 25, 2026, is the end of an era, a wrap up of the lessons learned, a review of all the things that needed to change. Uranus will not return to Ta**us in our lifetime.

When it arrives back in Gemini, it carries on a larger change in the sky that we have seen in 2025. All the outer planets have entered new signs ... Pluto in Aquarius, Neptune in Aries, and Uranus in Gemini ... a change that will be finalized next year.

Excellent overview....remember Uranus will be making changes though...

Welcome to the Ta**us Full Moon, the time in the lunar calendar when the spotlight is on money and income, stability and security. As the first earth sign, Ta**us aligns us with our basic material needs as well as the pleasures of life — taste, touch, smell. The full moon will be exact on November 5, 2025 at 8:20 am EST, 13 degrees Ta**us-Scorpio. That's 5:20 am Los Angeles, 1:20 pm London, 3:20 pm Johannesburg, 6:50 pm New Delhi, 12:20 am Sydney on November 6, and 2:20 am Auckland.

Full moons are decision points, the sign of the full moon acting as a lens for our experiences. They light up the sky, illuminate and concern or an issue in our lives. They can coincide with personal events.

When we have a full moon in Ta**us, it means that the Sun is in Scorpio, two signs that are the axis of matter and the material world. Ta**us is the physical world in full bloom, the fertility of creation. Scorpio is the physical world at the end of its growing cycle. The blossoms have long since gone. The leaves turn and fall to the ground. Death allows new life to bloom. The cycle continues.

Both Ta**us and Scorpio are fixed signs along with Leo and Aquarius, signs that govern over our physical world. Ta**us, as an earth sign, gets at the heart of our material needs as human beings — food, water, shelter, security. We may have different levels of personal comfort, but these are the basics that we all need and without them life cannot thrive.

So, a Ta**us Full Moon puts our material lives in the spotlight. Do we have our basic needs met? (Of course, we should be so lucky because there are many who do not have food, water, shelter, and security.) As a result, we may be very conscious of taking inventory and storing up access to resources in the days around the full moon.

Venus, the ruler of the full moon, is in Libra, a sign that it is at home in. As a planet and archetype, Venus reminds us to share with others and cultivate generosity. There is a beauty that comes through cooking a meal for those we love, a wealth that comes through building connection and relationship.

For some, there is a strong financial theme to this full moon. We're looking at our accounts and assets, we're making decisions about spending and investing. Both Ta**us and Scorpio govern property and real estate as well as loans and mortgages. Scorpio in particular spotlights estate planning and inheritances.

For others, the full moon gets into more philosophical points around value and worth, including self worth. Or there is a desire to make our physical lives more comfortable by creating beauty in our home and making a purchase that reflects this desire.

In the chart of the full moon, we find Venus in a tight spot between Jupiter, Pluto, and Chiron, an out-of-sign Grand Cross. Value and worth, stability and security may be themes that are pressing on a sore spot. A square to Pluto is an opportunity to make a change, but one that must be an overhaul. Venus is also at the apex of a yod with Neptune and Uranus. What we value, how we share with others, how we value ourselves has to change. A yod indicates a nonnegotiable.

Everything is cyclical. Allow what needs to end to end so that new life can take root in its place.
