Columbia Counseling Ministries is a 501c3 organization that provides counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in Columbia, TN since 2003. Mission:
Columbia Counseling Ministries exists to provide high-quality counseling services to anyone who needs help, guidance, or support in their life regardless of their ability to pay. Services:
Columbia Counseling Ministries contracts with licensed counselors and social workers who have many years of experience providing services to children, adolescents, and adults. Counseling services include working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Attachment, Grief, Alcohol and Drug Relapse Prevention, Parenting, Co-Parenting through Divorce, Behavioral Work with children, Anger Management, and Family Dynamics. Fees:
Columbia Counseling Ministries offers services on a sliding scale based on income and the number in your household. Fees are arranged with the counselors when the appointment is made or during the first session. If you have insurance, the counselors will provide everything you need to file a claim, but the responsibility for filing rests with the individual. Hours:
Services are by appointment only. Our counselors work with you to find a time that meets your needs.

Job Opportunity

We are hiring a Licensed Counselor for Columbia Counseling Ministries

We are looking for a licensed counselor who would be interested in joining an agency-supported private practice. We operate on a sliding fee scale based on the number in the household and annual gross income. The maximum fee charged depends on these factors and could be as high as $80.00 per current board policy. Counselor is reimbursed up to $50.00 per hour for the difference for those paying a reduced fee. Agency provides office, furniture, phone, utilities, and secure entrance. The counselor is responsible for scheduling appointments, collecting fees, case files & notes, professional liability insurance, and filing quarterly requests for subsidy reimbursement to the CCM board treasurer.

Job responisbilities:
Providing Professional Counseling Services
Attending and reporting to board meetings
Promoting Counseling Center at community events
Scheduling Appointments
Collecting Fees

Qualifications: State License, Professional Counselor
