WE'RE OPEN!!

We've missed you!

Our office hours have returned to normal; Monday-Friday 8:30 am -5:00 pm for pickups, drop offs, glasses and more! Dr. Flynn will start seeing patients again as of Monday, May 18th. If you need a routine eye exam, please call to get that scheduled!

We have new protocol in place to make sure you stay safe;

If you or any one in your immediate family have had a fever, been around anyone sick, traveled to high risk COVID areas within the last 14 days, or are presenting flu like symptoms, you will not be allowed in our office.
Only the patient will be allowed in the exam room for appointments, unless they are a minor, or need medically necessary assistance during the duration of their appointment.
Only 2 people will be able to come into our optical at a time, including the staff member.
When you arrive for your appointment, do not come in! Please call us and let us know you have arrived, and we will call you in when ready.
We will be checking temperatures at the door, and our new office policy requires the use of a face mask to be allowed entry into our office.
Our chairs are turned around in our lobby, which means no sitting and waiting! If you do walk in, check in up front on our communication log, and we will get to you as soon as we can! If needed, we will call you back into the office to keep occupancy down.
We will have a new system for electronic paperwork, and will keep you updated as soon as possible about that!
We have hand sanitizer at every station, and we strongly encourage you to use it!

We wanted to give a quick update to all of our patients;
Due to the continued spread of COVID-19, we have decided to close our office for the remainder of April. Unfortunately, that may lead into being closed a couple weeks into May as well. We will keep you updated as we get more information, and of course if there are any changes. For patients needing refills on drops/medications, please call our office Monday-Friday from 10 am-12 pm, and we will get those called in for you. We are also available for eye infection/injury appointments within that same time frame. Please do not hesitate to call our office. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19, we have decided to close our office to routine vision exams starting Tuesday, March 24, 2020. We are working hard to notify all patients via our automated system, by phone calls, and our social media account. The American Optometric Association and CDC have recommended limiting patient contact, and temporarily stopping routine eye exams. This was not an easy decision, and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes our patients. This not only effects our patients, but also our staff who count on our workplace to provide for their families. We feel it is our responsibility to keep our patients and staff safe, and at this time closing the office makes the most sense. Our main goal is to stop the spread of COVID-19, so we can come back sooner to support you through eye exams, glasses/contacts ordering, and medical/emergency care. We will keep you updated throughout the coming weeks. Although our office is now closed, we will be available for glasses/contact lens pickup, and medical emergencies only, Tuesday, March 24th and Wednesday March 25th from 10 am- 12 pm. Please call ahead if you have an emergency and we will do our best to assist you.
