Classes upcoming!

Saturday 12/27 at 10 am, $10. This is a regular class. We will focus on twists!

Monday 12/29 at 2 pm to 3:30/4 pm, $15. Limited to 6. This is a Wintering Well session of light yoga followed by restorative poses followed by cookies and tea. If chilly, we’ll restore around a fire pit.

Trying something new on the recommendation of a student! Wind down your holidays with restorative yoga. Bring blocks if you have them. I have bolsters, blankets, straps, and extra mats (and some blocks).
