🎄 We’re in today until 1PM.

Shew...wild week of early mornings and late nights.

I did receive a message that cut through all the noise, however, and I'd like to share it:

I have been following you for several years now. I am a pharmacist myself (39+ years). I just want to say I love how you not only have brought wellness to the forefront, but the knowledge you present to everyone in an easy to understand way is fantastic.

I love your tenacity and obvious love for not only your patients, but your family, God and other healthcare professionals. I have learned from you and you’ve pushed me to sharpen my own knowledge and skills to continue to have my patients/customers with better outcomes!

I generally try to keep things very positive.

And while I’m no Musk, Bezos, Jobs, or Gates, I’ll drop some simple and serious business advice:
DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO DO.

Over the past couple of weeks alone, seven different vendors and contractors with whom we’ve cumulatively allocated or spent seven figures have dropped the communication ball...SEVEN.

You’ll very rarely hear me speak in absolutes like, “I’ll have this to you by end of day Friday.” Not because I don’t aim to deliver, but because too many variables exist to speak that way casually. I’d rather under-promise and over-deliver than gamble with someone else’s trust.

At the end of the day, all we have are our names.
A person...and a business...is only as good as their word.

It’s astonishing how many professionals (1) set deadlines for themselves, (2) miss them, and (3) don’t even acknowledge it.

That’s a lack of both integrity and respect, and it creates misalignment at a deeper level.

If you work with us or buy from us, this matters.

The vendors who read this and feel uncomfortable? Good.
The professionals who nod along? You're our people.

We hold ourselves to the same standard.
