𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲.

Busy dad. Great husband. Quiet guy who just shows up and goes to work.

You won’t hear him complain.
You won’t see him cut corners.
He just puts his head down and does it.

About six months ago, Mike set a goal:
𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗹𝗯 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹.
Something he’d never hit before.
So he got to work.

Stayed consistent.
Put in extra time.
Trusted the process.

This week, he hit it.
1005 lbs.
𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘁.

And honestly…
Mike would never post this himself.

He didn’t ask for recognition.
He didn’t make a big deal about it.

That’s exactly why it’s worth sharing.

He spent time working with Coach TC along the way, dialing things in and building strength where it mattered.

But at the end of the day…

𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.

The Open at Fringe wraps up this week.

But we’re not slowing down.

Friday, we shift gears.

𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹:
Back squat. Press. Deadlift.

No clock.
No pacing.
Just strength.

Then we celebrate.

Food from Flyover.
A gym full of people who showed up.
