St. Anne's Retirement Community SARC is a non-profit CCRC devoted to excellence in care, and compassion. Find your home, here! 💜 At St. While St.

With all the choices for retirement living in Lancaster County and beyond, how will you know which community will be best for you? If you're looking for the community that's "Just Right" - look no further! Our "Right-Sized" campus allows for a broad spectrum of amenities and services while featuring a friendly, small-community feel. Our atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and boasts unique features such as our one-of-a-kind murals of Lancaster County, a stunning chapel, and beautiful grounds. Anne's, you can also be confident that the place you call home is one of the top-rated communities in Pennsylvania for excellence and quality care. Whether you seek a cottage, villa or apartment, personal care residence, more specialized attention in the skilled care center, or need rehabilitation services such as physical therapy, speech therapy, or occupational therapy, St. Anne's is dedicated to exceeding the expectations and desires of each individual and their family. Anne's deeply treasures its Catholic sponsorship, identity and heritage, we reverence and respect God's presence in all people (approximately half of our Residents are non-Catholic). In addition to Rosary and daily Mass, the Pastoral Care Department also welcomes Protestant pastors from the surrounding community to preside at interdenominational Worship Services every Sunday afternoon.

On this sacred Maundy Thursday, we pause to remember a night marked by humility, service, and profound love.

It was on this evening that Jesus gathered with His disciples for the Last Supper—sharing bread and wine, offering thanks, and preparing their hearts for what was to come. In a powerful act of servant leadership, He washed their feet, reminding us that true greatness is found not in status, but in serving one another with compassion and grace.

Maundy Thursday invites us to reflect on the meaning of selfless love, forgiveness, and community. Something we are keenly aware of here at SARC - ❤️
It challenges us to extend kindness where it may not be expected, to lead with humility, and to care for one another in both small and meaningful ways.

As we remember this holy night, may we carry its message forward—living with deeper empathy, stronger faith, and a renewed commitment to love as we have been loved.✝️
