BVS is a virtual call center that provides customer service support for a variety of clients. We are an Independent business partnered with Arise one of the world’s largest work-at-home companies in the world with more than 30 clients nationwide. We here at BVS work through Arise to service their clients Arise provides all tech support, programs and training needed to service a client. (This is not a temp position) At BVS we are committed to allowing single parents and families to work from home so they can be families again. As mentioned Arise is one of the largest work-at-home companies across the world with clients nationwide they have the ability to allow people to form an Independent business to service their clients. If hired you will be employed as an independent contractor for BVS not Arise. Because we are not employees of Arise we have to become certified to service their systems and their clients. If you were a contractor being hired at a construction site they would hire you based on you knowing what to do. At Arise it is the same but different we hire you because of your skill and then Arise will train you on everything else.
