Pregnant? Need help? Here at the Columbia Pregnancy Center, we offer women in unexpected or crisis pregnancies a safe space to decide their best option for pregnancy in a non-judgmental atmosphere. All of our services are free and confidential.

We offer a full range of services and walk with women every step of their journey. We offer pregnancy testing, options counseling from trained volunteers, STI testing and treatment, sonograms, support groups, material assistance, parenting and life skills education, and post-abortive healing groups. We do not refer for abortions, but we do provide information to help women make informed choices.
