Who’s thoracic spine hurts from wrapping Christmas presents ✋🏻 It’s no surprise after sitting in a flexed posture for sometimes hours. If you feel the middle of your back starting to hurt...take a few minutes to break and MOVE. The thoracic spine was designed to rotate (so sit or kneel and twist your torso), flex (round your spine) and extend (arch back and squeeze your scapula). Each should be completed only to feel a mild stretch for 1-2 seconds, with no sharp pains! 5-10 reps of each movement ought to make you feel ready for another round of wrapping. 🎁🎄👍🏼
