I struggled with UTIs for years and tried everything...going to specialists, taking antibiotics, taking various supplements, and changing my diet and lifestyle. NOTHING. WORKED. Some top triggers include:

abrupt shifts in barometric pressure,
allergies,
sun glare,
air that is too dry,
air that is too humid,
dehydration due to hot weather,
irregular sleep cycles,
seasonal depression,
and holiday stress.
